January Favourites | 2016
Over the festive period and into the New Year, everyone changes things up, tries something new or simple keep on to their staple favourites. These are some of the few things I have been loving this January as we kick off the New Year.
Michael Kors Sexy Amber Perfume -- Since the first time I used this perfume, I fell in love. I get a lovely, warm and elegant fragrant from it and essentially it has become a go-to item. For the last few months I have been sparingly using it as I was getting to the last few drops. Luckily for me, I received a bottle of it for Christmas, Which has taken place in the centre of my perfume collection
Accessorize Pompom Key Ring -- I bought this, when I arrived back in University. Last term, I attached my keys to a hair band and wore it around my wrist as I didn't have a key chain, which resulted in my key being lost in the depths of my bag or among the pile of mess on my desk. Ultimately this makes my keys easier to find as you cannot really miss it, while adding a cute accessory to my keys which could also double up in use by attaching it to a purse of bag.
Rimmel London's Kate Moss 110 -- I got this lipstick a few months back. Lips are something which I am still struggling with when it comes to make-up, I am not afraid of wearing it, but experimenting with bolder and brighter colours has been a tad daunting. I bought this lipstick in an attempt to get used to something bolder, The result is that it now lives in my hand bag. The colour has a nice tone to it. While I am able to mix it with other colour glosses and lipsticks to vary the colour I also like to wear it alone. Additionally the quality is really good and long lasting.
Essie's Bordeaux & Chinchilly -- When it comes to Nail Polishes' who doesn't love essie. These to shades have been well worn over the winter period. For some reason I am addicted to shade grey however I am not complaining as I love it, the same goes for the deeper red / burgundy. The quality of essie is also exceptional although I don't think my bank balance agrees with my love for it.
Hair Clip - I cannot remember where I got this from, it was most likely one of my Mum's however I think it is so pretty, and I have been using this a lot to fix my hair and style it on a daily basis.
Sanctuary Spa's 5 Minute Thermol Detox Mask -- It is Heaven.
Accesorize Scarf -- I do love my best friend, she got me this scarf for Christmas which she knew I loved and I wear it 99% of the time.
Accesorize Purse -- Coming back to Uni, I realised I needed a bigger wallet, although not necessarily for money, as I am a student and money and students do not really go together. However over the first term I have managed to collect a fair amount of cards, from ID to Room Keys, Rail Cards, Club Cards etc. The list goes on. So I splashed out on this lovely two - toned purse, which I have been loving.
